How to ensure the safety of spiral sand washing machine operators (b)

Spiral sand washing machine is a special mining machinery used in the gravel production line for the cleaning of sand and gravel. The spiral sand washing machine can clean the impurities such as soil contained in natural ore and improve the gravel production line The quality of the material, spiral sand washing machine is a thermal power plant and the construction industry can not be a key member.

Spiral sand washing machine is relatively simple structure of the mining machinery and equipment is not particularly difficult to operate, but the spiral sand washing machine, after all, is a large mining machinery and equipment, Shanghai joayl mining machinery or to remind the majority of operators in the use of spiral sand washing machine needs Pay attention to safe use, in the above joyal simple how to safely use the spiral sand washing machine, here joayl continue to talk about the safe use of spiral sand washing machine.

Non-operating personnel are prohibited from operating areas where there is a risk factor: safety measures must be taken when entering. And non-operating personnel into the spiral sand washing machine operating area with the relevant staff to accompany the insurance.

For the spiral sand washing machine operators, the operator before the job to be professional training. After passing the exam, the certificate is on duty. In addition, in order to ensure the safety of production but also strict implementation of the rules and regulations, and effectively ensure that preventive measures in place to ensure the safety of every staff member.

Effect of Oxidation on Spiral Sand Washing Machine

Spiral sand washing machine is sand and stone production line for ore cleaning a dedicated mining machinery and equipment, because the natural ore contains certain impurities in the soil, these impurities in the ore processing process if there is no timely cleaning will be excluded Resulting in sand aggregate can not meet the national standards, so the spiral sand washing machine is mainly used to remove sand and gravel production line contains impurities in the problem.

Spiral sand washing machine cleaning rate is high and the machine is simple and convenient operation is gravel production line is a very critical mechanical equipment, spiral sand washing machine is sand and gravel production line can not be missing a member. Because the spiral sand washing machine is mainly used for sand and gravel cleaning machinery and equipment, so the spiral sand washing machine is generally open-air operations.

Spiral sand washing machine General cleaning sand and gravel is located in the water near the place, that is spiral spiral sand washing machine is generally in the outdoor work. On Haizhuo mining machinery to remind the user to pay attention to spiral sand washing machine rust oxidation, in the outdoors and the water to deal with the spiral sand washing machine can not be avoided there will be oxidation of the problem.

Spiral sand washing machine once the problem of oxidation, from the spiral sand washing machine in the sand and gravel cleaning damage occurs not far away, the oxidation of the screw to the great damage to the sand washing machine, oxidation prone to spiral sand washing machine Health Rust problems, so Zhuo Ya remind users to pay attention to do spiral sand washing machine anti-oxidation measures.
