1. Examinate the return line supplied by lubrication station that the temperature does not exceed 50degrees hourly, sufficient oil can return, the height of oil in the tank is normal, there is no leakage of oil in the lubrication piping and oil tapered body.

2. When the oil was heated at 25-30°C, start the pump for 5-10minutes, check the lubrication system, make sure oil pressure in 0.11-0.18Mp, observe that oil can return normally in the oil pipe, and start the main motor after the oil meet the requirements.

3. After crusher calcite crusher operates for 1-2minutes at empty load, you can open the belt and began to mine the ore,pay attention to the fact that whether the mining is normal especially the ore with much mud and high moisture, to prevent clogging of discharge ports and timely adjust the discharge granularity.

4. Observe the ore chute, mobile cone crusher plant, funnel for discharging ore whether there is congestion to prevent non-broken material to go into the crushing chamber. If metal fall within the crusher,stop it and take it out timely.

5. Check the equipment that the water pipe is good and often listen the sound of crusher bevel gear whether it can rotate normally. Observe the current of main motor that it does not exceed rated current. The temperature of motor is below 60℃.

6. During the operation, check the lubrication system, maintain a high level of oil in the tank,keep the output of hydraulic no less than 0.8Kg/cm2 and the temperature of oil returned no higher than 45 ℃.
